Goodbye my Girl
Aleah, Shia, the kittens, and I are pretty busy tending to Momma. There are lots of tears we need to lick and hugs we need to give, so we are taking some time off from posting to grieve for Donovan. We wanted to share two more pictures though. First we want to sincerely thank our vet and all his staff for their compassion and caring. They sent these flowers:
The rug is in the kitchen nook and it was one of Donovan's favorite places to lay and soak up the sun. She also thought it served as a mighty fine scratching surface. The house and our hearts are so empty without her.

Sweet Donovan...What a perfect descriptive word for you! And may I add Sweet Mamma! How much she loved and cared for you! I can remember how much she hated giving you those insulin shots, but she knew they were for your good so she faithfully administered them even tho it pained her as much as you. You will be greatly missed Donovan, but never forgotten. Till we meet again...keep looking up!

we will miss hearing about donoavan too. we hope there still are mentions of donovan in the future. just cuz shes not here doesnt mean shes forgotten!
Very true, Dononvan will never be forgotten! As time passes, we will gather up the courage to look through old pictures and post untold stories of one of the sweetest cats Momma has ever know.
