The best thing about having the carpets cleaned is the bedroom furniture gets moved. I voted for keeping all the furniture in the living room, but got outvoted so I enjoyed it while it lasted:
I also was in favor of keeping the mattress in this position, but once again I was in the minority:
One might say my parents have no sense of furniture adventure.
